My machine is down and I have no drawing. Can you help?
That is the call we get most. Bring in the part — even in pieces — and we will measure what is left, work out the material and make you a new one. Call first so we know it is coming.
How fast can you turn around an emergency job?
Honestly, it depends on what is on the machines that week. Small jobs for accounts we know can go next day. Anything rushed gets quoted two ways: either the rush is baked into the price, or it carries a separate rush charge that we only invoice if we actually make the date. Call rather than emailing — urgent work gets scheduled by phone.
Will you tell me if my design is expensive to make?
Yes, and we would rather do it before you commit. Small changes — a looser tolerance where it does not matter, a radius that matches a standard cutter, one less setup — often take a meaningful amount off the price.

A dimensioned drawing — the tolerances live there — and the STEP model if the part has any complexity. Tell us the quantity — per release and per year if it repeats — the material and when you need it. Production program? Say so and we quote at volume. Urgent job? Call after you submit.
