MILL
CNC Milling
Eight mills, two of them full five-axis, so a part gets the machine it needs rather than the machine that is free — and held to ±0.001″ as a matter of routine.

What we make
- Housings, manifolds and enclosures
- Fixtures, jigs and tooling plates
- Five-axis parts that would otherwise need four setups
- Replacement parts reverse-engineered from a sample
- Close-tolerance bores, slots and pockets in hard or exotic material

Common questions
CNC Milling
What tolerance can APM hold on a milled part?
Routinely ±0.001″. ±0.0005″ is common. ±0.0002″ on the right feature, in the right material — we will tell you which. Send the print and we will tell you plainly what is realistic and what will cost you extra.
Do you have five-axis?
Two machines. A Hurco VM10Ui with an integrated trunnion, and a Doosan SVM 4100 running a Koma Precision tilting rotary table. Between them, most parts that need five sides get done in one or two setups instead of four.
Will you machine a single part?
Yes. A large share of our mill work is one-offs, prototypes and replacement parts. There is no minimum quantity.
Can you work from a sample instead of a drawing?
Often, yes. Bring in the broken part and we will measure it and produce a replacement. It helps enormously if you can tell us the material and what failed.

Send a print. Get a real number back.
A dimensioned drawing — the tolerances live there — and the STEP model if the part has any complexity. Tell us the quantity — per release and per year if it repeats — the material and when you need it. Production program? Say so and we quote at volume. Urgent job? Call after you submit.
