TURN

CNC Turning

Turned parts finished in fewer operations — the Lynx puts milled features on while the part is still in the chuck, and the big Milltronics handles work up to 27 inches over the bed.

Common questions

CNC Turning

Does live tooling actually save me money?

Usually. Milled flats, cross-holes and keyways go on while the part is still gripped, and the sub-spindle finishes the back side without anyone touching it. Fewer setups means less labor and less stack-up error between features.

What is the largest diameter you can turn?

The Milltronics ML26 swings 27 inches over the bed. For length, the Jet 1660 takes 60 inches between centers and the TRAK 1745S takes 45. Call with your part dimensions and we will tell you straight away whether it fits.
